Refund & Cancellation Policies
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item (see Return Policy below) for a refund or exchange.
2. Refund Policy Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are available on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are not available for personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items. If your product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) in question, and a description of the issue. For defective or damaged items, please provide photos of the product and packaging. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Return Policy Returns on Eligible Items:
Items eligible for return must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. Non-returnable Items: Personalized or custom products Final sale or clearance items Perishable goods (such as food or beauty products) Gift cards Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact customer service for instructions on how to proceed. For exchanges of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and new shipping charges will apply for the replacement item.
5. Restocking Fees:
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns. This will be communicated at the time of your return request, depending on the product type and condition.
6. Partial Refunds:
Certain situations may result in partial refunds, such as: Items returned in a condition other than new (e.g., opened or used) Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
7. Refunds for Promotions or Discounts:
If a product was purchased during a promotion or with a discount, the refund will be processed for the final price paid (after any discounts or promotions were applied).
8. Processing Time for Refunds:
Once a return or refund request is approved, it may take 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method or financial institution. If you do not see the refund in your account after this time, please contact us for further assistance.
